The Purpose of AFI
The purpose of AFI is to network, connect, and teach ministers, Christians and churches in His Word and Spirit for the speedy advancement of the Kingdom of God.
ACTS Fellowship International was founded by Randall Grier Ministries during a time of fasting and prayer in September of 1996. The Lord spoke to me and said that He wanted me to start an organization.
My immediate response to the Lord was, “Why do we need another organization?” The Lord immediately answered and said, “Why did I have twelve tribes in Israel?” He said, “Each tribe had a different purpose or anointing to accomplish a specific task for His Kingdom.” He said, “No organization will have all the anointing. It will take many organizations to build My Kingdom on the Earth.” He assured me that nations and countries would be changed through AFI.
I understand from experience that just because the Lord spoke this to me, does not mean it is all going to be fulfilled right away. It takes time for God to get us ready to accomplish His perfect will for our lives. AFI is growing into the organization that God desires for it to be. Many are being inspired to join with the vision of AFI.
The Vision of Acts Fellowship International is carried out through prayer, balanced Biblical doctrine, and demonstrations of the Holy Ghost through His gifts and ministry offices. Our network of AFI Directors, Representatives and AFI members assist one another in love. We have meetings and training for continued spiritual education and impartations for members and others. We also assist in establishing outreach to the world with Jesus Christ through evangelism, missions, outreach, church development, and every media available.
We are called to carry on the Heavenly Vision that was delivered to Dr. Kenneth E Hagin by the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 26:19).
The Vision of AFI
"To lead the church in His Word and Spirit while preserving sound Bible doctrine for the present and future generations, as we make ready a people prepared for the second coming of Jesus Christ."
Can two walk together, except they be agreed? - Amos 3:3
Amos tells us that for two individuals or groups to hook up and be successful, they need to be in agreement. If the two parties aren't in agreement, then things just won't work. AFI believes that.
